  Gray Dawn  is another great example of how games can be simple, small, self-contained stories, and still be worth playing. It’s definitely a different speed that not all gamers will appreciate, but if you like walking simulators, I think this one will be enjoyable for you. This game is more religious than any other game I’ve ever played, and I imagine that will be offensive to some people. Whether you’re religious or not, if you’re able to watch  The Exorcist  without being offended, you’ll be fine playing this game. Just from a historical perspective, all the artwork and iconography was interesting to look at. As for the story, it’s a very sad and melancholic tale. There’s a sweetness to it and lighter parts that take a break from the darkness, but it just makes it all the sadder. It’s very short and you can likely complete it in one sitting (a good thing sometimes). I recommend playing it, but not if you have to pay any more than $15 for it, so add it to your wishlist and wait for

Halloween Horror Sequel ‘Curse of Crom 2’ Now Funding

  A sequel to the 2022 Halloween horror movie  Curse of Crom: The Legend of Halloween  has launched a crowdfunding campaign and announced early details of  Curse of Crom 2: Crom’s Fury . In the first film,  now streaming on Prime Video , high schoolers accidentally release an ancient entity on their hometown and must figure out how to stop it before Halloween Night. From writer/director Rob York, the sequel returns to the haunted world of Mary Eldritch and the terrifying Irish entity Crom Cruach for  a brand new feature film , inspired by family friendly classics from the 1980s and ’90s, like  The Goonies ,  Gremlins ,  or  Monster Squad , with a  Hocus Pocus  Halloween atmosphere. “ Curse of Crom 2  is a horror adventure throwback film,” says York, “Think  The Gate  or  Monster Squad , with a  Hocus Pocus  Halloween atmosphere. Nick Frost Takes a Killer Family Vacation in ‘Get Away’ Comedy Thriller Trailer

  Today brings the release of the official trailer for the new comedy thriller  Get Away , in which a family’s vacation to a remote getaway in Ireland takes an unexpected turn when they discover the island they’re on is inhabited by a serial killer. The film is directed by Steffen Haars and written by Nick Frost ( Shaun of the Dead ), who also stars along with Aisling Bea, Sebastian Croft, Maisie Ayres, and Eero Milonoff. Get Away  opens in theaters on December 6, from IFC Films. You can watch the official trailer below.
